Please note, this is a registration request. The HCUND office will respond to your request.

If this is a paid event, a request for payment will be sent with the acceptance of your request.

If you have to cancel, please call or email us ahead of time so we may allow others on the waiting list access to the program.

Please limit your sign-ups to FOUR (4) Programs a month (not counting Clubs or Programs on Zoom). Thank you for your cooperation.
