If this is a paid event, a payment request will be sent upon acceptance of your request.

If you have to cancel, please call or email us ahead of time so we may allow others on the waiting list access to the program.

Please limit your sign-ups to FOUR (4) Programs per month (not counting Clubs and Programs on Zoom). Thank you.
